Sparkling Pomelo Mocktail
Ingredients :
– Pomelo fruit
– 30ml Precious Pomelo syrup
– Mint leaves
– Lemon juice
– Rosemary ice balls
– Lemon slice
– Sparkling water / Lemon soda
– Garnish
– Edible glitter
Instructions:
1. Peel and separate pomelo segments, removing any seeds.
2. Gently crush mint leaves in a glass.
3. Place pomelo segments in the glass and pour 30ml of StirUp Precious Pomelo syrup.
4. Add a splash of fresh lemon juice.
5. Put in rosemary ice balls for a cool touch.
6. Fill the glass with sparkling water or lemon soda.
7. Add a lemon slice and sprinkle with edible glitter for a fun finish.
8. Stir gently and enjoy your Sparkling Pomelo Mocktail!
