Pistachio Einspänner
Ingredients:
– Cream + StirUp Playful pistachio syrup (froth until thickened)
– 20ml StirUp Playful Pistachio syrup
– Ice
– Water
– Pistachio cream
– Espresso
– Ground Pistachio on top (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Combine cream and 20ml StirUp Playful Pistachio syrup in a container. Mix until thickened.
2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour the prepared pistachio cream over the ice.
4. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it over the pistachio cream.
5. Add a splash of water to balance the flavours.
6. Sprinkle ground pistachio on top.
