Christmas Tree Biscuit Pancake with Brilliant Biscuit

Ingredients :

Pancake
– 1 egg
– 100gr yoghurt
– 75ml milk
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 100gr all purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons StirUp Brilliant Biscuit Frappe Powder Mix
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Cream
– 200ml Whipping cream + food coloring
– Strawberry, Blueberry, Muscat

StirUp Brilliant Biscuit Frappe Mix to sprinkle

Instructions :
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.
2. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well until there are no clumps. The batter should be smooth and lump-free.
3. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Melt coconut oil or vegan butter in the skillet.
4. Use a ladle to pour the batter onto the pan, forming pancakes. Make each pancake smaller than the one before it to create the shape of a Christmas tree.
5. Cook the pancakes until bubbles start to form on the surface. Then, carefully flip them with a spatula and cook the other side until golden brown.
6. Once all the pancakes are cooked, stack them on a serving plate to form a Christmas tree shape. Place the larger pancakes at the bottom and gradually decrease the size as you stack them upward.
7. For each layer of the pancake tree, add a layer of cream and fruits. You can use whipped cream, berries, sliced fruits, or any other toppings of your choice.
8. Top the Christmas tree with a raspberry or starfruit as the tree topper for a festive finish.
