Biscuit Coffee Panna Cotta with StirUp Brilliant Biscuit Frappe Mix
Ingredients :
– 130 gr StirUp Brilliant Biscuit Frappe Mix
– 250 ml Water
– 150 ml Milk
– 50 ml Heavy Cream
– 4 Gelatin Sheets
Coffee Sauce Ingedients:
– 70 gr StirUp Brilliant Biscuit Frappe Powder Mix
– 250 ml Milk
– 5 gr Sugar
– A Pinch of Salt
– 7 gr Corn Starch
– 1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee Powder
Toppings (optional):
– Biscuit Crumbs
– Orange Segments
– Whipped Cream
Instructions :
1. Prepare Panna Cotta Mixture:
– In a saucepan, combine 130g of StirUp Brilliant Biscuit Frappe Powder Mix with 250ml of water. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a gentle boil.
– In a separate bowl, soak 4 gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes until softened.
– Once the frappe mix mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat. Squeeze the excess water from the softened gelatin sheets and add them to the saucepan, stirring until completely dissolved.
– Stir in 150ml of milk and 50ml of heavy cream until well combined. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
2. Prepare Coffee Sauce:
– In another saucepan, combine 70g of StirUp Brilliant Biscuit Frappe Powder Mix with 250ml of milk, 5g of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 7g of corn starch. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
– Add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder to the saucepan and whisk until the coffee is fully dissolved.
– Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
– Remove the coffee sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly.
3. Assemble Panna Cotta:
– Pour the cooled panna cotta mixture into individual serving glasses or molds, filling them about halfway. Allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
4. Once the panna cotta has set, remove it from the refrigerator. Carefully pour the coffee sauce over the set panna cotta in each glass.
5. Garnish with biscuit crumbs, orange segments, and whipped cream if desired.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy StirUp Biscuit Coffee Panna Cotta!
