  • What is the shelf life of opened StirUp flavours?

For optimal taste and quality, we recommend consuming opened StirUp flavours within three weeks. This guideline ensures that you experience our products at their best

  • What is the shelf life of unopened StirUp flavours?

Our unopened StirUp flavours are designed to maintain their quality up to the “Best Before Date,” which is set at 12 months. This timeframe ensures that you can enjoy the freshness of our products over an extended duration.

  • How do I use my dispensing pump for the first time?

When using a pump, we suggest that the opening is covered to protect the product from insects, fermentation and mold.

When reusing a dispensing pump or cap make sure it is from the same flavour so the product is not contaminated.

Pumps can be reused for an indefinite period with the same flavour as long as there is no contamination or spoiled.

It is highly recommended to wash the used pump even it is used for the same flavour to avoid sugar crystalized.

  • Are StirUp flavours bottles and packaging materials recyclable?

Yes, but we do not responsible for unauthorized usage of bottle out from the factory.

  • Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel before your order is processed by our Shipping Department, we may be able to cancel an order for you. Once orders are processed, we are unable to cancel. If orders are cancelled, you will need to re-place your order if you still want StirUp products at www.selerarasainternasional.com.

  • Can I change my order after it is placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change customer orders as the products ordered and the amount of each product must match exactly. The only option would be to reach us before your order is processed so that we can cancel the order and you can re-order with the revised items.
